Every designer works differently - but for me it all starts with a free discovery call. Once I understand your design needs, the level of support you’re looking for and budget you’re working with - I will suggest the best design service and explain the process in detail. Following the call I will send you a digital brochure of all my services and prices, along with an investment guide to help you build a budget.

Of course! We tailor our services based on each client’s need. We can travel or services can be done virtually (if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option). All details can be discussed in our initial discovery call.

Absolutely! If your project has a construction component (kitchen, bathroom, renovations, new builds, outdoor rooms, etc.) it’s best if we’re involved from the start so we can help hone in on your desired aesthetic, mood and functionality of the home. We can work with you to choose all finish materials, advise on use of space, floor plans, lighting, faucets, and more. 

Partnering with professional tradespeople is a crucial part of the process. We do not provide contractor/architectural services, but we are happy to recommend vendors in our network that we have experience with that you can hire independently. Once hired, we will work with them to prepare estimates for the work we recommend and oversee their progress throughout your project. I love working with other design professionals!

On occasion there may be a few items in a design board that fail to resonate, so we allow for one round of revisions. If you change your mind about something you have approved, we are happy to source alternatives but will bill for the time we’d need to invest to satisfy your request. There may also be vendor restocking and additional fees if a supplier agrees to accept a return, however, we cannot guarantee this, nor can custom items be returned or refunded.

For our Full Service VIP we source exclusively through a network of trade resources and private vendors, and typically avoid retail storefronts. We insist on attesting to the quality, durability, and longevity of the items we specify. We are not bargain hunters and we are not Wayfair or Amazon. Our luxury services are aligned with those who value the elevated client experience of a turnkey and stress-free process. 

It depends. You can shop on your own for all my services, except my Full Service VIP. For this high-touch service we work really hard to create custom designs we know you’ll love (based on supplied inspirations and data) - but we also trust our own intuition. We are artists here to explore avenues you would have never considered on your own, so please be open to our wealth of knowledge and resources. If you come across something you love in your travels, we will happily consider it, but will also advise you if we think it won’t fit the overall aesthetic. We have honed our sourcing skills and have found that shopping with clients for piecemeal items is ultimately inefficient and creates a sense of overwhelm that inevitably may cause delays.
